Meet in a public place. Arrange your own transportation and tell someone you trust about your plan. A confirmed date can generate an expiring, revocable summary with the venue, time, and first names. It does not share your private profile, contact details, or compatibility answers.
During and after
You can leave at any time. Check in with someone you trust directly. The I’m home control records your own check-in and the app can display a reminder; it is not emergency monitoring and no one is automatically dispatched.
Know the limits
Email verification confirms access to an inbox, not personal identity. Identity verification and optional background screening are unavailable until a real provider is connected. No verification or screening guarantees safety or character.
If something feels wrong
Do not send money, gift cards, crypto, or sensitive documents to a connection. Report suspicious requests. Blocking stops messages and future introductions. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly; reports here are not an emergency response service.
